Instructions for BlackBerry: Blackberry users can now read WebCapTel captions on the phone! With either the Sprint 8350i Curve or 9630 Tour, (or Blackberries from other provider with OS 4.6), follow the below steps to read captioned calls on the Blackberry: JavaScript must be enabled in the browser. To enable JavaScript:
After enabling Javascript, go to www.sprintcaptel.com and log in. If you do not already have a Sprint WebCapTel account, please register first. Customers can use the Bold, Storm, or other with 4.6 or higher OS. Once you have logged into www.sprintcaptel.com, to speak and hear on a WebCapTel call, you will need another telephone. You can use any of the below for your second telephone:
