Sprint WebCapTel On the Go! allows you to listen to your caller with one telephone device (wireless or standard telephone) while you read the captions of everything that is being said on a second wireless device.

Equipment requirement to use for the Sprint WebCapTel On the Go!

To read the captions:

  • You will need a wireless device with the Windows Mobile® Version 6 (or higher) or Safari®
  • Enter the URL address in the internet browser: www.sprintcaptel.com

Although Sprint IP, Sprint IP using AIM, Sprint VRS, Sprint WebCaptel, Fed IP, and Fed VRS can be used for emergency calling, such emergency calling may not function the same as traditional 911/ E911 services.
