Making a call

After logging into www.sprintcaptel.com, you will be at the “Place Call” screen. It will ask for two phone numbers:

  1. "My Telephone Number" for the telephone you will be using to listen and talk
  2. Number to Dial for the person you are calling.

Receiving a call

After logging into www.sprintcaptel.com, you will be at the "Place Call" screen. Click on the "Incoming calls" tab. Enter the telephone number of the telephone you want to receive a call on. Your caller will dial 1-800-933-7219. After dialing that number, your caller will be prompted to enter the 10 digit number to reach you and then press pound.
