Sprint Relay Data Only Plan (SRDOP): Non-discountable plans starting at $29.99
Smartphones require an additional $10 Premium Data add-on with the Sprint Relay Data Only Plan* with unlimited data usage while on the Sprint network. Requires new activation with a 2-year agreement or upgrade. Other monthly charges apply.

- Unlimited Domestic Text and Picture Messaging (SMS)
- Video text messages are not included
- Incoming calls are blocked on all devices. The block is not removable on Google Android OS, iOS and Windows OS devices.
- However, on all other devices, the block can be removed by contacting our Video Customer Service (VCS@Sprint.com).
- If the incoming call block is removed, you will be billed $0.20/min for local voice calls or $0.40/min for long distance voice calls.
- NOTE: 9-1-1 will not be blocked

The Sprint Relay Store is also the only company to provide Video Customer Service (VCS) that allows the Sprint customer to communicate with a Sprint representative who uses American Sign Language (ASL). VCS can provide technical assistance, handle billing questions and work with other customer service issues.
VCS is available only for Sprint Relay Store customers who purchase a Blackberry or other wireless device.
