What makes the Sprint Relay Store so successful? We offer selected voice plans as well as a customized Data Only Plan for $29.99 per month that includes:
- Unlimited e-Mail
- Unlimited Internet Access
- Unlimited Instant Messaging (IM)
- Unlimited Domestic Text Messaging (SMS)
- Picture/video text messages are not included
- Phone as Modem, up to 5GB per month in total or up to 300MB per month while off-network roaming (PAM)
- PAM not available on the HTC Hero, Samsung Moment, Palm Pre and Palm Pixi
- Incoming calls will be blocked.
- When making the outgoing phone calls, you will be billed at $0.20 per minute for local voice calls or $0.40 per minute for long distance voice calls. The incoming call block may be removed by contacting our video customer service, with the exception of the Palm Pre, HTC Hero, Samsung Moment and Palm Pixi. If the incoming call block is removed, you will be billed at the same rate as the outgoing phone calls.
The Sprint Relay Store is also the only company to provide Video Customer Service (VCS) that allows the Sprint customer to communicate with a Sprint representative who uses American Sign Language (ASL). VCS can provide technical assistance, handle billing questions and work with other customer service issues.
VCS is available only for Sprint Relay Store customers who purchase a Blackberry or other wireless device.
