To use Sprint IP with AIM®
  • Open AIM® and send an IM to the screen name 'Sprint IP'.
  • Save SprintIP in your Buddy list.
  • Place SprintIP relay calls with your BlackBerry, Palm Treo and other wireless devices that run AIM®.
  • Easy and convenient. No "GA" needed.
  • To connect with a Spanish relay operator, type Español.
  • Type Help to connect to Sprint Relay Customer Service.

Need to dial a phone number that has letters – not numbers? Just enter the letters and we’ll call the number for you. It’s that simple.

To Use Sprint IP Voice with AIM®
  • Simply dial the users Sprint with AIM Call Now Number or
  • Dial 877-866-8057 (English) or 877-866-8059 (Spanish).
  • Provide the relay operator with the telephone number (10 digit number) or the AIM screen name of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing person you want to call.
  • If the AIM user is online, the relay operator will begin relaying the conversation. If the AIM caller is unavailable, and you can try to call again later.
To use Sprint IP with GTalk®
  • Download Google Talk® on your BlackBerry or other wireless devices.
  • Open Google Talk and click on the add user button.
  • Enter Sprintiprelay as the contact to add and click the Next button.
  • Click Finish. This saves sprintiprelay to your contact list.
  • Place Sprint IP relay calls with your BlackBerry®, Palm®Treo and with ANY device that runs Google Talk.
