To use Sprint IP with AOL® Instant Messenger
  • Open AIM® and send an IM to the screen name 'SprintIP'.
  • Save SprintIP in your Buddy list.
  • Place SprintIP relay calls with your BlackBerry, Android and other mobile devices that run AIM® by entering the number of the person you want to call and sending the message to SprintIP.
  • Easy and convenient. No "GA" needed.
  • To connect with a Spanish relay operator, type Español.
  • Type Help to connect to Sprint Relay Customer Service.
  • For Voice callers:
    • Simply dial the Call Now Number of the Sprint IP user.
    • If the AOL IM user is online, the relay operator will begin relaying the conversation. If the AOL IM user is online, but does not respond, the voice caller may leave a message.
To use Sprint IP with Google Talk (GTalk)®
  • Open GTalk® and send a message to SprintIPRelay@gmail.com.
  • Save SprintIPRelay in your contact list.
  • Place Sprint IP relay calls with your BlackBerry, Android and other mobile devices that run GoogleTalk® by entering the number of the person you want to call and sending the message to SprintIPRelay.
  • Easy and convenient. No “GA” needed.
  • To connect with a Spanish relay operator, type Español.
  • Type Help to connect to Sprint Relay Customer Service.
  • For Voice callers:
