Federal Relay Now Offers Federal RCC - Mobile on the GO

Federal Relay Conference Captioning – Mobile (Federal RCC - Mobile) gives you the freedom to participate in your conference call while on the go. Federal RCC - Mobile is a wireless application that provides secure real-time text of your conference call to your BlackBerry^® or Windows^™ enabled Smartphone device.

Just download Federal RCC - Mobile, by going to http://mobilercc.sprintrelay.com from the Internet browser on your mobile device. Once the Federal RCC - Mobile icon displays on your wireless device screen, click on the icon and then enter your name and event ID (this will be provided when you order FedRCC real-time service for your teleconference call).

To view a live demonstration, open the MobileRCC application and enter 999999999 for the Event ID on the login screen.

FedRCC - Mobile is a data-intensive application, so it is recommended that you check with your wireless provider regarding your data plan to ensure you will not incur any additional charges or fees.

Note: Either you or the call “host” will need to place a request for FedRCC service at least 48 hours in advance (excluding weekend) at www.fedrcc.us.

Video Relay Service (VRS), Internet Relay (IP), and Instant Messenger (IM) users must register by November 12, 2009 for a default provider. Registration is required to make or receive non-emergency VRS, IP or IM calls.
